Our client, based near Leigh , are currently recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy and expanding team. This is a standalone role therefore experience is essential for this role. Duties include: Processing high volumes of invoices Statement reconciliations Dealing with supplier queries via telephone and/or email Regular reconciliations Preparing bi-weekly and monthly payment runs Assisting with month end closure Ad hoc accounting duties linked with the accounts payable team You must be a confident communicator, a good team player and be naturally organised.You will work methodically and to tight deadlines.
