CareerMakers Recruitmentare currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger in the Baildon area.Key Responsibilities:Invoice processingProduct invoices are to be matched against goods received and passed for payment if agreedNominal invoice coding and processing of overheadsLiaise with suppliers on a regular basis, ensuring that any queries are dealt with in the required timescaleCommunicating any internal price-queried invoices to the buying department for checking and to rectify as necessaryProduce weekly supplier payment runAllocate payments to supplier accountsSupplier statement reconciliation (manual and excel)Processing employee expensesFiling and other duties to assist Financial ControllerWhat We're Looking For:Basic MS Excel skills are essential but further training can be offeredExperience within a purchase ledger position desirable but not essentialKnowledge of basic accounting desirable but not essentialAAT qualifications are desirable but not essential.Accuracy with numbers and inputting dataGood written and oral communication skillsSound time management and organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a teamShift Pattern -Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours)Pay -£23,000 - £25,000 (DOE)This is a great opportunity and if you would like to discuss your next Career move, please do not hesitate to get in touch with CareerMakers now!JBRP1_UKTJ
