Working in a small team you will ensure the delivery of our business objectivesand uphold our commitment to our customers. The role In this role, you will assistin loggingand processingall supplier invoices and payment documents for payment using our financial systems (currently DB Capture, eBis, Open Accountsand QL Housing Management System). With strong communicationskills, you will liaise with suppliers and managers over invoice queries and payment, including the reconciliation of supplier statements. Other responsibilities will include;weekly BACS/cheque payment run, maintainingcreditoraccounts, monitoringand reviewingPurchase Ledger reports, processingVoid Energy invoices to ensure accuratepayments to energy suppliersalong with othergeneral administrative dutiesas required. About you With some experience of working within a finance team, the successful candidate will have working knowledge of operatinga purchase ledger. You will be able to demonstrateexcellent attention to detail and have good ICT skills to include a workingknowledge of Microsoft Excel. A relevant finance qualification, AAT Level 2or equivalent,and previousexperience using Open Accounts, eBISfinancial software and automatic invoice upload would be desirable.
