Hybrid working between home and an office in Edinburgh OR Glasgow The role will manage end-to-end procurement processes, support stakeholders, and ensure adherence to Scottish procurement legislation and policy. Undertake complete end-to-end procurement process from initial conception to contract award. Leading the development, planning and implementation of strategies for procurements optimising value for money. Active supplier management and customer engagement during the contract lifecycle. Demonstrable experience in a public sector procurement role in Scotland. Strong working knowledge of Scottish procurement legislation and governance. Proven ability to manage regulated procurements from strategy to contract award. Ability to manage multiple procurements and priorities effectively.
