You are a passionate and professional early years practitioner who:

• Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above

• Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to act as a Key Person

• Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging activities that support learning through play

• Observes, assesses, and records childrens development effectively

• Is committed to safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported

• Enjoys working collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues, building positive relationships through clear communication
