Role: Quality Administrator Location: Warwick Hours: Days only, Monday - Thursday 8:00 -16:30 | Friday 8:00 - 13:00 Salary: Up to £43,000 (dependent on experience) We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Quality Administrator to manage, assess, and continuously improve the performance of subcontractors across our clients'manufacturing and vehicle-related operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain subcontractor agreements, approvals, and compliance records Coordinate contractor registration, onboarding, and engineer training requirements Manage the permit-to-work process, including review of RAMS and method statements Inspect, assess, and score completed subcontractor work against quality standards Carry out off-site quality inspections when required Produce performance reports and contractor league tables to support continuous improvement initiatives Ideal Candidate: Experience coordinating subcontractors or suppliers within an engineering or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of quality control and inspection processes Excellent communication, organisation, and report-writing skills Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings Confident using contractor management systems and Microsoft Office NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) qualification What Our Client Offers: Competitive salary dependent on experience Stable working hours with an early finish on Fridays A collaborative and professional working environment Opportunities to influence quality standards and contractor performance If you are interested in this position please apply and one of our consultants will be in touch.
