They are seeking a progressive Quality and Systems manager to take a leading role in enhancing and aligning the company's quality and operational management systems. This position is central in overseeing the development and governance in group- wide QMS and IMS frameworks, ensuring they function cohesively, efficiently and in support of overall strategic goals. You will work within the SHEQ team, acting as the organisation's quality and systems integration lead. Your role will be to drive continual improvement, support operational excellence, and ensure compliance with industry standards, statutory requirements, and client expectations. From governance leadership to process optimisation and performance reporting, you'll ensure their systems remain robust, future ready, and central to their success.
