Quality Assurance Manager – Complex Care \nEast London (Head Office) | Monday to Friday\n £40,000 | Full-time | Permanent \n\n Are you an experienced Quality, Compliance or Operations professional within complex care or supported living looking for a role where you can take ownership of governance, office operations and service setup?\n\n We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join one of the UK’s leading community complex care providers, delivering high-quality, clinically led care across supported living and home-based services.\n\n This is a key opportunity to join a growing organisation, working closely with senior leadership to ensure services are safe, compliant and operationally efficient.\n\n The Role As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, governance processes and supporting the safe setup and mobilisation of supported living services.\n\n You will work closely with HR, clinical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure compliance, reporting and operational standards are consistently met across the business.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nOversee the day-to-day running of the London head office\nSupport governance, compliance and operational reporting\nEnsure all office operations and compliance tasks are completed accurately\nMonitor clinical and operational systems, including governance and compliance tracking\nSupport the mobilisation and setup of supported living services\nCoordinate property setup, contractors and health and safety requirements\nManage office IT, equipment and facilities\nMonitor expenses and support financial reporting processes\nProduce weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership\nCoordinate meetings, training sessions and office-based activity\nRequirements\nExperience in a Quality, Compliance or Operations role within complex care, community care or supported living\nStrong understanding of CQC, governance and compliance frameworks\nExperience working in a fast-paced healthcare or care office environment\nStrong administrative, reporting and Excel skills\nKnowledge of health and safety processes (Level 3 desirable)\nUnderstanding of financial reporting and P&L (desirable)\nExperience supporting service setup or mobilisation (desirable)\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail\nWhat’s on Offer\n£40,000 salary\nMonday to Friday working pattern (office- based)\nOpportunity to join one of the UK’s leading community complex care providers\nWork closely with senior leadership including Head of Care and executive team\nA role with real impact across governance and operations\nClear opportunity to develop within a growing organisation\nIf you are interested in applying for this Quality Assurance Manager position, please click apply or contact Ehsan at Leaders in Care on (phone number removed), quoting the reference\n\n Reference: LICEA
