As a Quality Auditor, youll play a vital role in protecting that reputationensuring every garment that leaves our Lea Mills site meets the exceptional standards our customers expect. What Youll Do:

Youll be a visible and trusted presence across our production floor, working closely with teams to maintain and improve quality at every stage. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a proactive mindset are key. Youll be involved in: Carrying out in-process garment inspections and identifying defects early Auditing production processes and highlighting opportunities for improvement Supporting finished product audits to ensure only the highest quality garments are released Managing quarantined and non-conforming garments (NCR), including disposition decisions Conducting sampling and AQL audits where required Analysing scrap and rework trends to identify root causes Contributing to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities Accurately recording findings and sharing insights with production teams Your Impact:

Detail-oriented with a methodical and accurate approach Confident inspecting garments and making quality decisions Comfortable measuring to tight tolerances and understanding specifications A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes A strong team player who can also work independently Confident using basic computer systems to record and report findings You may already have experience in garment manufacturing, quality control, or productionbut just as important is your passion for craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
