Staff Management Group is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our client in Somerset, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

Bi-weekly rotating shifts Monday - Saturday Two 12-hour workdays per week + two 8-hour workdays per week

Pay Rate:

$18.73 / hour

Job Summary:

Our client, a leader in the fragrance and beauty industry, is seeking experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Quality Control Inspectors to support their operations in Somerset. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform inspections on products for quality, appearance, packaging, and labeling Identify and report quality issues clearly and accurately Document inspection results and support compliance Collaborate with production and warehouse teams

Job Requirements:

MUST be bilingual (English AND Spanish) 3+ of QC experience Experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable Comfortable working rotating shifts and some weekends
