Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSynerfac is seeking a Quality Control Manager. You'll lead the quality control program for the facility, ensuring all materials and finished goods meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This role manages the QC team, oversees testing and inspections, and drives continuous improvement in quality and safety across the plant.

* Develop, implement, and manage the plant's quality control program * Supervise and coach QC Technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management * Ensure all raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet company and customer specifications * Maintain and enforce compliance with industry standards (ACI, ASTM, DOT), codes, and safety regulations * Review and approve QC reports, inspection results, and documentation * Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality issues * Identify trends in quality data and implement corrective or preventive actions * Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and testing areas to ensure proper function * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
