Role Purpose
As Quality Control Technician, you will be the final checkpoint before repaired devices are returned to customers. Your role is to verify repairs, ensure compliance with the company's standards, and provide feedback to technicians to drive continuous improvement. You'll monitor quality metrics, investigate recurring issues, and take ownership of ensuring every product meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Testing Perform detailed checks on repaired/refurbished devices (functionality, appearance, compliance with SOPs). Validate that all repairs meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. Use diagnostic tools and test scripts to confirm operational integrity. Feedback & Continuous Improvement Provide constructive feedback to workshop technicians on repair quality and adherence to SOPs. Identify trends in defects or rework and collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement corrective actions. Contribute to SOP updates and training based on quality findings.
