Role & Responsibilities:
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
Manage internal and external audits while approving FAI/PPAP submissions to ensure full quality compliance.
Monitor and drive improvement of key KPIs including PPM, scrap rates, and overall process performance.
Support supplier quality, documentation (Control Plans, PFMEA), NPI launches, and train production teams on quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Quality Engineer is required.
Several years' experience in manufacturing or a technical production environment .
Strong knowledge of quality standards, process documentation, and core quality/continuous improvement tools.
Experience with components or products in materials such as plastics, rubber, or metals is advantageous.
