Quality Engineer Our clients, based in Farnborough have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join their growing team. We are seeking a Quality Engineer who has experience working within a mechanical manufacturing environment, with opportunity to develop and progress with the business. Production Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve standards of workmanship across sheet metal fabrication and electronics assembly operations. Support and train production staff in quality requirements, visual standards, and correct handling methods Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIs) and maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with customer and internal requirements. Identify, analyse and reduce rework through investigation and implementation of effective corrective actions using quality tools (5 Why, 8D, Ishikawa). Ensure inspection stages are effective and consistent with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
