Were now looking for a passionate and detail-driven individual to join our Quality Team. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our high standards are not only maintained but continuously improved. The Role Read and understand drawings, technical specifications and quality instructions to determine inspection requirements. Inspect product to a quality standard providing an approve or reject decision and record results. Maintain inspection records and create metric information. Develop quality systems and procedures to prevent defects supporting continuous improvement activities. Create sampling plans and determine correct equipment for inspection activities. Support implementation of change management and update associated systems. Manage non-conforming product through to resolution and corrective actions. Conduct initial failure analysis on electronic circuits and report findings. Support and/or conduct internal audits. Work with all departments to ensure inspection information is available, approved and in place to meet customer requirements. Lead or support product containment or conversions to ensure specifications are met. Other quality related duties as required. What You Will Need Minimum 5 years related experience or training in a manufacturing environment. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Proficiency in the use of standard measuring equipment such as digital calipers, micrometers, height gauges, go/no go gauges, etc. A minimum of 2 years experience within an inspection environment. Have a key eye for detail and a results-driven approach. Be competent with the use of MS office. Be familiar with quality drawings and systems. Ideal Bachelors degree in electronical, mechanical or any other industrial engineering/ technical field. Management Systems development eg ISO 9001. Management of external quality concerns. Able to work under pressure and tight timelines and still deliver good results. Project Management experience.
