What You'll Be Responsible For:
Applying expert problem-solving skills to tackle operational challenges head-on Leading and supporting Kaizen events and improvement workshops, driving quick wins with cross-functional teams Spotting trends and opportunities for improvement using internal and external insights Promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement Collecting, validating, and analysing complex data sets to identify key trends and priorities Mentoring and coaching teams to build sustainable improvement capabilities
What We're Looking For:
Strong, relevant work experience in Quality, ideally with supporting qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience highly desirable A keen analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insight Exposure to electrical/electrical test environments is a plus Confident communicator able to influence at all levels of the business Excellent organisational and planning skil...
