Job Description
Quality Manager\nCambridgeshire\n £41,000\n\nA category-leading food manufacturer are looking for a strong, factory-facing Quality Manager to drive standards, performance and culture on site ensuring finished products are safe, compliant and consistently right first time. There is state-of-art facilities at site, giving you a chance to work with equipment that can be found nowhere else in the country. \n\nThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership, visibility and real influence on site, not just responsibility for paperwork.
If you want to take the next step in your career, keep reading!\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage the site Laboratory team and day-to-day laboratory operations\nDeputise for the Site Technical Manager as required\nOwn site performance across key quality metrics \nEnsure full compliance with BRC and customer factory-facing requirements through effective controls, coaching and mentoring\nDrive HACCP, VACCP and TACCP adherence, validation and corrective actions\nInvestigate customer and supplier complaints using robust root cause analysis\nAnalyse and present quality data to enable timely, effective decision-making\nLead site-wide GMP performance and audit readiness\nSupport internal, external and customer audits and close out non- conformances\nChampion a strong Quality culture across all levels of the site\nSupport NPD/EPD projects, ensuring technical and compliance requirements are met\nContribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives through site programmesIf you want to learn more about this exciting position, please contact Owen on (phone number removed)
