We’re partnering with a leading global consultancy to hire a Quantitative Supply Chain Director for its expanding Retail & Consumer practice. You will be responsible for helping shape a newly formed team with significant global growth and an exceptional pipeline of client engagements. You’ll blend quantitative analysis, strategic insight, and operational expertise to help major consumer brands build resilient, data‑driven supply chains. You’ll work at the intersection of S&OP, demand forecasting, and logistics, leveraging advanced analytics to deliver measurable performance improvements across complex supply networks. Responsibilities

Lead and grow client‑facing project teams focused on supply chain optimisation and demand forecasting. Translate commercial and operational challenges into quantitative models and data‑driven strategies. Advise C‑suite clients within retail, consumer goods, and e‑commerce on S&OP performance, inventory strategy, and logistics transformation. Collaborate with global partners to develop innovative methodologies and proprietary tools. Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives within this fast‑scaling practice.

Experience Needed

Strong background in management consulting, ideally from a top‑tier or specialist supply chain consulting firm. Deep expertise in S&OP, demand forecasting, logistics, and network optimisation. Solid quantitative and analytical capabilities – comfort with modelling, scenario analysis, and data‑led decision frameworks. Strategic communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Driving measurable impact across Retail & Consumer supply chains.
