Job Description

Drylining Quantity Surveyor – Manchester / Northern Projects\n£60,000 – £75,000 + Package (DOE)\n\nI’m currently working with a well-established drylining and interiors subcontractor who has secured a £4m drylining and ceilings package in Manchester. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work across the North, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Drylining Quantity Surveyor.\n\nThis role will involve working across projects in Manchester and Leeds, with a mix of site visits and flexible working between office and home.\n\nThe Role\n\n * \n\n Commercial management of drylining and ceilings packages\n\n * \n\n Managing subcontractor procurement and package management\n\n * \n\n Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts\n\n * \n\n Working closely with project teams and main contractors\n\n * \n\n Cost reporting and commercial forecasting\n\n * \n\n Supporting delivery of projects typically ranging from £2m – £10m\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\n * \n\n Proven experience working for a drylining / interiors subcontractor\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of partitions, ceilings and drylining systems\n\n * \n\n Experience managing projects commercially from pre-start through to final account\n\n * \n\n Comfortable working across multiple sites in the North\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and client-facing skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Salary £60,000 – £75,000 depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Hybrid working (site / office / home)\n\n * \n\n Immediate involvement in a £4m Manchester project\n\n * \n\n Strong pipeline of secured work across the region\n\nIf you’re a Drylining Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity in the Manchester / Leeds area, I’d be happy to have a confidential conversation
