We’re working with a well-established contractor delivering large-scale social housing refurbishment and decarbonisation schemes across the South West and South Wales. With a strong pipeline of secured work across Bristol, Cardiff and Newport, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth within their regional commercial team. The Role You’ll take commercial responsibility for multiple refurbishment and retrofit projects, typically delivered under framework agreements. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, involving: * Full commercial management from procurement through to final account * Managing subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations * Cost reporting, CVRs, and cash flow forecasting * Working across planned maintenance, retrofit, and decarbonisation schemes * Supporting delivery teams across Bristol and South Wales Projects typically include external wall insulation (EWI), internal wall insulation (IWI), and wider energy efficiency upgrades within occupied housing.
