Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London (Hybrid Working – 2–4 Days WFH)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Package
We’re working with an impressive and fast-growing Fit Out contractor based in London, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial office, retail, and hospitality sectors.
With a strong pipeline of work and projects typically valued up to £10m+, this is a rare opportunity to join a business that combines ambitious growth with a genuinely supportive and collaborative team culture.
The Role
* Manage the commercial aspects of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects
* Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and valuations
* Handle subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management
* Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
* Work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients
* Support projects through to final account
* Report to Head of Commercial
About You
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit out or refurbishment
* Background across commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors
* Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control
* Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
* Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
