Job Description
Role: Quantity Surveyor - Prime Residential Contracting / High-End Refurbishment
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 (DOE) + Competitive Package

The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of high-end residential refurbishment projects ranging from £500k to £10m. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Project Managers, and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
Valuations, variations, and change control management
Cost reporting and forecasting
Negotiation and agreement of final accounts
Managing client and subcontractor relationships
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-end refurbishment / prime residential contracting / or specialist subcontractor.
Experience managing projects in the £500k – £10m range
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline ()
Ambitious, commercially driven, and detail-oriented
