Quantity Surveyor £60,000 £80,000 Harrow, London High-End Residential & Commercial Projects Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to work on some of Londons most prestigious residential and commercial construction and refurbishment projects? Based in Harrow, London , our client is a respected principal contractor with a single, unwavering aim: to build to perfection . For over 30 years, they have built an outstanding reputation delivering exceptional quality across high-end residential and commercial schemes throughout London. Craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail are at the core of everything they do. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. The Role You will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably while upholding the companys high standards.
