Quantity Surveyor - High-end Residential \n\nAbout the Role\nOur clients base seek experienced Quantity Surveyor's to manage the commercial delivery of high-end residential refurbishment projects ranging up to £4mil around Central and South West London. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and private clients, you will ensure cost control, value, and quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFull commercial management of residential refurbishment projects from pre-contract to final account, providing weekly reports into the Directors.\nPreparation and management of budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.\nValuations, interim applications, and final account agreement.\nManagement of variations, change control, and cost reporting.\nClient-facing cost reporting with a high level of detail and transparency.\nClose collaboration with project managers, design teams, and site managers.Key Requirements\n\nExperience delivering high-end residential refurbishments within the £500k-£4m range.\nStrong understanding of refurbishment works, sequencing, and high-quality finishes.\nCommercially aware, detail-focused, and confident in negotiations.\nComfortable working in a client-facing environment.\nExperience as a Quantity Surveyor managing multiple projects at one time.Benefits \n\nExposure to prestigious, design-led residential refurb projects in the building and construction industry.\nStable pipeline of work within a growing business.\nCompetitive salary and clear progression opportunities.Job Details:\n\nStart Date: ASAP\nLocation: Central / South West London\nSalary: Salary: £65,000 - £80,000
