Quantity Surveyor in W6, Hammersmith, Greater London

Stride Recruitment are urgently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to manage financial forecasts, cost/value reports, manage subcontractor payments and maximize cash flow for our main contractor clients mixed use development project in Hammersmith, London.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
* Prepare monthly cost-value reports and financial forecasts.
* Oversee the procurement and management of subcontractors.
* Negotiate contracts, handle variations, and resolve disputes.
* Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Mentor junior quantity surveying staff.
* Ensure projects comply with health and safety regulations.
Academic qualifications:
* Previous Quantity Surveyor mixed-use Construction or Refurbishment expereince necessary.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is .
* Professional qualifications and RICS membership are highly valued for career progression.
