Quantity Surveyor - Water Infrastructure Location: Bristol We're working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of several water infrastructure projects across the Bristol and South West region. Operating within a long-term water framework, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and non-infrastructure schemes, supporting the delivery of sustainable water services for local communities. You'll work as part of an established commercial team, providing key commercial support while working closely with delivery teams to help ensure projects are delivered successfully against cost, quality and programme targets. The Role As Quantity Surveyor , you will support two Senior Quantity Surveyors , assisting with contract management, cost control, subcontract management and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project managers, engineers and operational teams, you'll help ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting high standards of project delivery.
