Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London, The City.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, depending on candidate experience.

Aldwych Consulting are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a fast-growing QS & Project Management consultancy-an energetic SME with a people-first culture, big personality, and some of the best benefits in the market. The Quantity Surveyor Role:
You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including residential, education, commercial and defence.
Skills Required:

  • Cost planning & valuations.
  • Change control & contract administration.
  • Procurement support.
  • Interim & final accounts.
  • Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • JCT expertise (NEC4 exposure is a bonus!)
