Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location : Ipswich, Hybrid. Salary : £40,000- £45,000, depending on candidate experience. Hours : 8:30am - 5:00pm. 37.5 hours per week.

The Vacancy:
You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including healthcare, education and commercial.
Skills Required: Cost planning & valuations. Change control & contract administration. Procurement support. Interim & final accounts. Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. JCT and NEC experience.
