A highly regarded, award-winning regional housebuilder is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential developments across Yorkshire.\n\nWith a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming sites for 2026 and beyond, this is a key role offering genuine scope for long-term career development within a stable and well-established business.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nReporting to the Senior Commercial team, the Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple new build housing developments, from procurement through to final account.\n\nThe role will involve a combination of office-based responsibilities and regular site visits across Yorkshire.
