Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Package


We’re looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a leading London based Fit Out Contractor who have taken the fit out world by storm since they were established many years ago. This is an opportunity to join them and to help deliver multiple Commercial Fit Out and Refurbishment Projects across the City.


This is a brilliant opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years’ experience within fit out and main contracting to play a key role on delivering fit outs and complex refurbishments, working as part of a high-performing commercial team. You’ll be hands-on from early stages through to final account, in an environment that’s flexible, collaborative, and unapologetically ambitious.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the commercial management of multiple commercial refurbishment and fit out projects
  • Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and financial control
  • Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
  • Preparing and reporting cost value reconciliations (CVRs)
  • Supporting change control, variations, and risk management
  • Working closely with site, design, and senior commercial team members
  • Report into the Commercial Manager
  • Assisting in agreement of final accounts


What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Experience working on fit outs, new builds or refurbishment projects
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
  • Solid understanding of cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and keen to develop within a growing business
