Junior Quantity Surveyor – Graduate to 2 Years’ Experience

Location: 1st Floor, Cobden House, 231 Roehampton Lane, London, SW15 4LB (within 20 miles)

Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 per year (depending on experience)

About Us:

Extension Architecture is an award-winning architectural practice based in London. We specialise in extensions and large scale residential building designs and commercial projects. We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, support build costing, quantity estimations and learning the contract administration and checking progress of works.

Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimations for internal building projects. Learn and assist in contract administration processes. Support the Director with project management and coordination. Assist with budgeting, Schedules for procurement, and cost control. Work closely with Internal Architect and project teams to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

Graduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. 0–2 years of professional experience. Company car will be provided. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and organisational abilities. Willingness to learn and develop. Must live within 20 miles of our London office.
