Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Site-Based (Croydon), Head Office (Liverpool Street)

Project: Hotel Refurbishment & Fit-Out (£20M, 2-Year Programme)

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 plus package (x2 days a week home working, travel, bonus, etc)

Their pipeline is robust, their reputation is soaring, and they are now searching for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to become a key part of their continued expansion.

Project Portfolio

You’ll work across a diverse and exciting mix of schemes including:

• High-end hotel refurbishments
• Court and public-sector fit outs
• Luxury retail environments
• Commercial workplace CAT A & CAT B fit outs and refurbishments

Project values range from £500,000 to £25M, offering exposure to both fast-paced interiors and complex, large-scale refurbishments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing commercial activities across multiple fit-out and refurb projects
• Cost planning, procurement, valuations, subcontract management & reporting
• Working closely with delivery teams to ensure projects meet financial targets
• Supporting tender submissions and helping secure new work
• Building strong client relationships across prestigious frameworks

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out, refurbishment or main contracting
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering high-quality projects
• A team player with ambition—someone who wants to progress
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced schemes
