The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor in this busy and supportive team, you will be involved in a varied and exciting pipeline of work, including:

£45m luxury hotel development in Edinburgh city centre £15m PBSA scheme in the heart of the city £10m serviced apartment project Large-scale masterplanning and infrastructure at Edinburgh Airport Leisure, private residential, steel-framed industrial shedsYou'll be joining a close-knit team of 7 within a 12-15 strong office, working alongside other Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and support staff.
