Tier 1 Contractor - Permanent Role

Our client is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Yorkshire Commercial team initially on a scheme in North Yorkshire. They are established in the region with work for the next 3-5 years secured and an increasing presence on large regional frameworks.

Role/requirements as follows:

• Final accounts
• Sub-contractors tendering
• Sub -contractors payment
• Cost plans
• Valuations
• Variations
• Cost reporting
• Experience of administering NEC Contracts
