They're producing around 480 homes a year across a strong portfolio of sites, with consistently healthy sales rates across the board. Commercially, the business is in great shape, and the team you'd be joining reflects that, experienced, stable, and well-regarded internally.

So what's the job?

You'll be working as a QS within the commercial team, taking ownership of your own developments from procurement through to final account. That means managing subcontractor packages, preparing valuations and applications, keeping a close eye on costs against budget, and producing the kind of clear, accurate reporting that keeps everyone on the same page. You'll be on site regularly and involved in progress meetings, so you'll need to be someone who's comfortable holding their own in a room.
