The Opportunity An excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected specialist sub-contractor based in the City of London.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing This thriving contractor is looking for a capable and commercially astute Project Quantity Surveyor to take the reins on a range of exciting projects across London. Project values range from £250k to £8m and typically include enabling works, structural alterations, basement construction, and remediation.

You'll split your time between the Central London office and live project sites, managing all financial and contractual elements from inception to final account. Key responsibilities will include cost planning, subcontractor procurement, valuations, reporting, and client liaison.

Working closely with the senior commercial team, you'll play a key role in ensuring profitability and smooth project delivery.

The Essentials – What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience within construction (main contractor or sub-contractor experience considered).

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage projects independently.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
