What We're Looking For:

• Experience with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 contractor, or a strong Assistant QS ready to step up. We would also consider applications from candidates working with relevant subcontractors working for tier 1 or tier 2 main contractors.
• A solid understanding of refurbishment or complex build projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
