The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of this care home development, ensuring cost control, contractual compliance, and value for money across all phases of the project. You will work closely with the site and commercial teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all costs relating to the new build care home project, from initial estimates to final accounts

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
