Your role:
Prepare, negotiate, and analyse budgets and costs
Procure and pre-qualify subcontractors while managing contracts and payments
Identify and manage commercial risks and contractual issues
Produce detailed monthly cost value reconciliation reports
Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering strong collaboration with site operations
What we need from you:
Degree qualified with civil engineering experience (the projects will mainly be on marine, ports, floods, defences)
Solid knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
Organised and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel occasionally to sites across Scotland
