Quantity Surveyor

The Role The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring strong cost control and contractual compliance from pre-contract stage through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and management of cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
Procurement and commercial management of subcontractor packages
Monitoring project budgets and producing cost forecasts
Contract administration and change management
Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
Providing commercial support to operational teams Candidate Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, or groundworks
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC experience advantageous)
Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively What’s on Offer
