Quantity Surveyor Opportunity A well-established and rapidly expanding groundworks and construction contractor based in Bedfordshire, delivering high-quality earthworks, foundations, drainage, infrastructure and hard landscaping for commercial and residential clients across the region. The business has a strong local reputation and a growing project portfolio with long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of work, the business is now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team to play a key part in the financial and commercial success of projects from inception through to completion. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for: Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Preparing and reviewing tender submissions, cost plans and project budgets. Managing valuations, interim applications, variations and final accounts.
