Quantity Surveyor Opportunity Role: Quantity Surveyor Location: West Midlands Company: UK Leading Housebuilder Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
Quantity Surveyor Opportunity We are working with a leading national housebuilder - one of the largest in the UK - delivering high-quality new-build homes and mixed communities across the country and are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Midlands based Commercial Team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the regional commercial team, managing the financial and contractual aspects of residential developments and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Working across multiple housing developments, you will support the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior commercial staff. As a QS, you will take responsibility for: Managing the commercial and contractual performance of residential developments from start through to completion Procuring subcontract packages and preparing tender documentation in line with project requirements Reviewing subcontractor quotations, negotiating terms, and placing subcontract orders Monitoring project costs, valuations, ...
