With a defined strategy to scale significantly over the next 12–24 months — and multiple high-profile projects already secured — this is a standout opportunity for a driven and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the delivery of high-value façade projects. There is a clear pathway to a Managing QS or Commercial Manager position for the right individual. You’ll be joining a well-respected contractor with a proven track record and an exciting pipeline of multi-million-pound façade schemes set to launch over the coming year. What We’re Looking For: Experience within the façades/building envelope sector. Proven ability to manage all commercial aspects of a project, from initial tender through to final account. Commercially astute, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail. Solid understanding of construction contracts.
