Role Overview: As an R&D and Projects Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and innovations, as well as leading and managing a range of engineering projects from concept to completion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality, while ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead research and development activities for new product concepts and improvements to existing products.
