We’re hiring multiple R&D Technicians to join a growing Product Development team working on innovative, life-changing equipment. You won’t be stuck behind a desk—this is a hands-on workshop-based role where you’ll help bring ideas to life through prototyping and pre-manufacture development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Turn ideas into reality - take sketches and CAD drawings and bring them to life by building full-scale mechanical prototypes from the ground up.

* Be hands-on from day one: cut, weld, machine, assemble, and fine-tune functional prototypes using a wide range of workshop tools and equipment.

* Use SolidWorks to design parts and assemblies, then fabricate them in-house - you’ll be the one making what you model.
