This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in exceptional customer service , communicates beautifully in writing, and enjoys converting enquiries into loyal patients.

• Confidently handle enquiries and turn them into bookings
• Enjoy retail, recommendations, and commercial targets
• Have FOH experience in aesthetics, medical or luxury settings
This is a full time role (5 days per week role and includes Saturday work)
