As a Reception Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive an inspirational and memorable experience. You will lead and support our front office team, ensuring that every interaction with guests is delivered with warmth, confidence, and impeccable presentation. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to our guests, making each stay unforgettable. Support and supervise the front office team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment. Maintain high standards in guest services and presentation, ensuring every detail is perfect. Manage front office operations efficiently, ensuring smooth and seamless guest experiences. Engage with guests and team members confidently, resolving any issues with professionalism and care. What you Need: A keen willingness to work as part of a cohesive team. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Impeccable presentation and a welcoming demeanour.
