Our client, a progressive and forward-thinking finance company based in the City, is seeking a polished, personable and professional Receptionist to support their London office of approximately 70 employees. This role would suit someone who takes pride in their presentation, is highly customer-focused, naturally engaging and approachable, and who thrives in a varied front-of-house role with broader administrative responsibilities within a professional corporate setting.
The ideal candidate will bring proven reception or front-of-house experience and will genuinely enjoy the pace, visibility and responsibility that comes with a busy standalone role. You will be confident managing a high standard of service independently, acting as a key point of contact for the office, while remaining proactive, organised and adaptable in a friendly yet fast-moving environment.
Far more than a traditional reception role, this position plays a vital part in the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
