We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist on behalf of our client to work within a business centre environment. As a receptionist you will be dealing with centre clients daily on a face to face basis and via email and phone so excellent interpersonal & customer service skills are essential. Role Responsibilities:

General office administration. Raising invoices and purchase orders. Full training provided on use of company software. Chasing of arrears from clients and banking of cheques. Maintaining the room booking diary and car parking details. Use of Excel & Microsoft for correspondence and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a reception & customer facing role with a friendly professional appearance. Excellent telephone manner with a flexible attitude with the ability to work using own initiative essential. This role is on a Mon-Fri basis - 8.30am - 5pm with free parking on site. The company offer ongoing training and support to enhance development and in addition to your salary an annual bonus payment once a year based on performance of the business.
