Main duties: Greeting visitors when they arrive Assisting with maintaining the signing in system Assisting in ordering stationery, some site equipment, and welfare equipment Assisting with printer or copier issues as they arise. Assisting with the cleaning company and ensuring they adhere to their contract. General Admin Tasks - laminating, helping with security passes. Skills & Knowledge Time management Communicating with all staff levels and client in a professional manner Organisation skills Adaptability Creativity Experience Professional experience communicating with clients on the phone and in writing. Working with contractors and suppliers Experience of working in a large office environment Experience working with directors and top management.
